Walks Forward

1 With correct posture, commence for example with feet together, weight on right foot
2 Maintaining the posture throughout, flex right knee and simultaneously extend left leg back fully, first on toe, then on ball of foot, creating a long line through the back leg
3 Release toe of front foot as centre weight is achieved between heel of front foot and back of back foot
4 Commence to move right foot back, first on heel, then on ball of foot, at same time lowering left heel
